U.S. Marine Corps Forces, Pacific
Sept. 11, 2017 | 0:29
On Sept. 15, 1950, U.S. Marines made a surprise amphibious landing at Inchon, South Korea, starting the Inchon-Seoul campaign. Seoul, the capitol of South Korea, had fallen to Communist forces in June of that year; it was retaken by U.S. and South Korean forces. (U.S. Marine Corps multimedia by Cpl. Justin A. Dixon)
