Command Sgt. Maj. Paul M. Fedorisin

Command Sgt. Maj. Paul M. Fedorisin is a native of Blooming Grove, PA and enlisted in the Army as an Infantryman on 17 February 2000, completing One Station Unit Training at Fort Benning, GA. His first assignment was as a Gunner and then Team Leader in Alpha Company, 1/29 IN, Fort Benning, GA. In 2003 CSM Fedorisin moved to Camp Hovey and later Camp Essayons, Republic of Korea where he served as a Team Leader with Echo Company (LRS) (ABN), 102nd MI BN.

Command Sgt. Maj. Fedorisin moved to Fort Drum, NY in 2004 and served as the Sniper Section Leader for 1/71 CAV, 1/10 MTN, deploying once in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Upon returning from deployment, CSM Fedorisin returned to Fort Benning, GA and served as a Reconnaissance and Surveillance Leader’s Course Instructor with Delta Company, 4th Ranger Training Battalion. In 2010 CSM Fedorisin moved to Fort Knox, KY where he served as a Platoon Sergeant and then First Sergeant of Cherokee Troop, 6/4 CAV, 3-1 IBCT deploying twice in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Upon returning from his second deployment with the Troop, he moved to Hohenfels, Germany in 2014 where he served as a BN Task Force Operations NCO Observer, Coach, and Trainer and later as the BDE Task Force Operations NCO Observer, Coach, and Trainer with the Joint Multinational Readiness Center.

Command Sgt. Maj. Fedorisin was selected for and attended the resident Sergeants Major Course graduating with Class 67. Following the Sergeants Major Course, CSM Fedorisin moved to Grafenwohr, Germany in 2018 where he served as a G3 Operations Sergeant Major for 7th Army Training Command prior to assuming responsibility as the Command Sergeant Major for 1/91 CAV, 173rd IBCT (ABN).  CSM Fedorisin then served as the Garrison Command Sergeant Major for Fort Irwin, CA.

Command Sgt. Maj. Fedorisin’s most recent assignment was to Fort Liberty, NC as the 2D Security Force Assistance Brigade Command Sergeant Major.

Command Sgt. Maj. Fedorisin has completed all level of NCOPDS through the Nominative Leaders Course.  He has graduated from the following military schools: Ranger, Airborne, Pathfinder, Sniper, Anti-Armor Leader, Reconnaissance and Surveillance Leader, SERE-C, Joint Firepower, USAF Advisor Academy, Security Force Assistance Advisor, Observer, Coach, Trainer Academy, and the Keystone Course.  CSM Fedorisin holds a Bachelor’s of Professional Studies in Business and Management and an Associate’s in Science in Liberal Arts from Excelsior University.
