Mobilizations and Reserve Affairs serves as the senior advisory team to the commanding general for 7th Army Training Command on all U.S. Army National Guard and Reserve matters. M&RA coordinates and manages Overseas Deployment Training (ODT), ADOS support, and assists in reserve-component mobilizations within 7th ATC area of operations to boost land forces across U.S. Army Europe in accordance with the five pillars of USAREUR-AF.
