Europe Best Sniper Team Competition

The annual multi-day competition, with approximately 30 events, tests multinational sniper squads on land navigation, advanced marksmanship, medical simulations and more.

U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Kelly Tucker, an instructor at the 7th Army Non-Commissioned Officer Academy (NCOA) discusses what it's like for him to teach at the NCOA, his experience working with multinational students, and the use of statistical data to benefit the training of the Academy's students. The 7th Army NCOA trains U.S. and Multinational Soldiers using the Basic Leader Course curriculum from the NCO Leadership Center of Excellence. The academy is a 22-day MOS-immaterial course and offers 10 cycles per year, averaging 240 students per cycle. (U.S. Army Video by Spc. Christian Carrillo)
