Marines from First Marine Corps District (1MCD) participate in High Intensity Tactical Training (H.I.T.T.) Course to become instructors at the 1MCD Headquarters in Garden City, N.Y., August 17-21, 2015. The course is designed to train Marines to run H.I.T.T. programs and promote physical fitness.
