Production Exercise (CAPEX) at Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska, May 13-16, 2025. U.S. Air
Force Senior Airman Theophilus Elisha, 354th Munitions Squadron conventional maintenance
crew chief, Senior Airman Jaylon Lundy, 354th MS conventional maintenance crew chief, Staff
Sgt. Joaquin Garcia, 388th Munitions Squadron stockpile management crew chief, and Senior
Airman Skylar Kirchner, 3rd Munitions Squadron munitions control crew chief, each conduct
interviews. CAPEX is designed to assess the full capabilities of munitions personnel in
producing ordnance while facilitating collaboration with Airmen from various units and
