On 22 March 2012, U.S. Army public affairs officer 1st Lt. Ray Ragan and Philippine Marine public information officer Maj. Neil D. Estrella conduct a press conference at Western Command Headquarters in Puerto Princesa, Palawan, Philippines, to update local media on current events within the WESCOM area.
