120th Fighter Wing Mission Comparison
120th Airlift Wing
March 27, 2013 | 2:11
ANCHOR LEAD IN: The 120th Fighter Wing is well known for taking on missions when asked and its members volunteering for world-wide deployments. In this report, Senior Master Sgt. Eric Peterson highlights the main contrast between two of the recent deployments made by the Montana Air National Guard unit.
SOT OPEN: The last two 120th Fighter Wing deployments could not have been held in more diverse locations. On December 7, 2012, the unit completed alert detachment operations at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii.
ANCHOR TAG OUT: The 120th Fighter Wing completed its mission in Alaska and its aircraft, pilots and maintenance personnel were scheduled to return from their deployment during the middle of April.
Includes soundbites from Chief Master Sgt. Roy Hannah, Staff Sgt. Mark Payton, and Master Sgt. Scott Benedict, all deployed to Hawaii and Alaska. Produced by Senior Master Sgt. Eric Peterson.
