The 353 Civil Affairs Command conducted a virtual Change of Command from Brig. Gen. Robert S. Cooley to Brig. Gen. Timothy Brennan 22 April 2020. Let us welcome Brig. Gen. Brennan as the new commander of 353 CACOM. Brig. Gen. Cooley moves on the become the chief of staff at Army Reserve Headquarters - Fort Bragg.
