Delaware Army National Guard (DEARNG)1-126 AVN provides UH-60 helicopter support to MEDAVAC Training for ASA Fort Dix Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) Combat Lifesaver Course CLS 25-014 in TAC 32B on ASA Fort Dix 12 JUN 2025. Combat Lifesaver Course trains non-medical military personnel in life-saving techniques for combat. The 40-hour course focuses on providing immediate medical care to casualties until more advanced medical help arrives. It's a bridge between basic first aid and the skills of a combat medic. MEDEVAC (medical evacuation) training instructs Soldiers to safely and efficiently transport injured individuals from a battlefield point of injury to a medical facility where they can receive appropriate treatment.
