3rd MLG, 7th COMM BN, ROKMC Demonstrate communication abilities

U.S. Marines with Combat Logistics Regiment 37, 3rd Marine Logistics Group, and 7th Communication Battalion, III Marine Expeditionary Force Information Group, participate in a bilateral communications equipment training with members of the Republic of Korea Marine Corps, 1st Communication Battalion, 1st Marine Division, in preparation for Freedom Shield 25 at Camp Mujuk, South Korea, March 6-7, 2025. Marines rehearsed cross organization communication, as well as demonstrated the network on the move, ground tactical vehicle with the ROK Marines. Freedom Shield 25 serves as the command-and-control portion of the Korean Marine Exchange Program. The Korean Marine Exchange Program (KMEP) is a semi-annual exercise that provides iterative opportunities for ROK Marine Corps and U.S. Marine Corps units to train together, improving their combined capabilities to deter threats and maintain peace on the Korean Peninsula.
