AFN - Iwakuni
Aug. 13, 2014 | 1:05
Explosive Ordnance Disposal Marines are trained to disarm explosives such as IED's, unexploded ordnance and weapons of mass destruction. Their missions take them to every clime and place, in every part of the world. They perform with the precision of a heart surgeon, operating on wires and detonators that could spell disaster at any moment. Corporal Anthony Rayis spoke with Sergeant Nathan Peterson, an EOD Technician, to highlight this stressful job. Video contains an interviews with a Marine from Des Moines, Iowa.
