U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Hasanein Alrushdawi, a motor transport operator with Marine Wing Support Squadron (MWSS) 273, completes the obstacle course and chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear training at Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort, South Carolina, Aug. 18, 2023. Alrushdawi, a native of Baghdad, Iraq, joined the Marine Corps after being inspired by the work his father did as an interpreter alongside U.S. armed forces in Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
