U.S. Special Operations Command Africa sends members to partner nations in order to conduct Joint Combined Exchange Trainings, or JCETs, to promote security and stability in the regions. JCETs also comprise Civil Affairs activities such as Medical Civil Action Programs, which focus on civil engagement, civil reconnaissance, and civil knowledge integrations.(U.S. Air Force video by Staff Sgt.
