Debris from Hurricane Sandy's impact on Staten Island is being staged at Midland Beach Park until it is transported to the NY Department of Sanitation location in Staten Island where it is shipped by barge to an upstate NY land fill. FEMA is funding this effort and the US Army Corp of Engineers is overseeing the project. Also available in high definition
