Detachment IV of the North Carolina National Guard's Recruit Sustainment Program (RSP) prepares current and future Soldiers for their approaching basic combat training or introduction to their unit. The RSP program in Morrisville, North Carolina reduces training pipeline losses by introducing newly enlisted ARNG Soldiers to the military environment and to ease their adjustment to BCT and Advanced Individual Training (AIT).
