The workshop result in better educated participants who will return to their colleges and communities equipped to tell the Marine Corps story. This will assist OSOs with gaining, maintaining and enhancing the relationships with their respective colleges, and most importantly, result in the contracting of quality officer program applicants who bring a diversity of background, culture and skill which will help generate and sustain a future force that has the cultural expertise, language skill sets and a variety of philosophies needed to meet the operational requirements of the Marine Corps.
