USAFA Cadets Receive Recognition

For fourth class (or freshmen) cadets at the United States Air Force Academy, life just got a little bit easier. Jon Zanone tells us more.
It’s not uncommon to see cadets taking a break from the academic and military rigors of the academy.

But on this day, these freshmen cadets are waiting to begin a time honored academy tradition known as recognition.

What started on a smokey Colorado day in June 2012 ends almost nine months later with a three-day event meant to test each cadets resolve.
