U.S. Army 1st Sgt. Roland Day of the Signal, Intelligence, and Sustainment Company, Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion, 10th Mountain Division, passes on the SIS Company guidon and responsibilities to 1st Sgt. Michael McDonald during a change of responsibilities ceremony, March 14, 2024, at Fort Drum, New York. Passing of the company guidon represents passing the responsibility of the old First Sergeant to the new, also passing the loyalty of the soldiers to their new First Sergeant.
