North Carolina National Guard soldiers from across the state attended a NCNG sponsored Unit Public Affairs Representative course July 19-21 at the 139th Regional Training Institution, Fort Bragg, N.C. The course provided instruction about basic Public Affairs operations to non-Public Affairs soldiers assigned to the seven major Guard subordinate commands throughout the state.
