The 1st Air Commando Group’s maiden aerial invasion into enemy territory in support of British, Chinese and Indian allies, made history on this invasion. The 1st ACG pioneered new tactics and demonstrated the limitlessness of airpower marking a pivotal moment in military history, the birth of Operation Thursday.
