Maj. Randal Hobbs, 77th Theater Aviation Brigade, works as an injury lawyer in Little Rock, Arkansas, in his civilian career. In the Arkansas National Guard he is a UH-60 Black Hawk pilot-in-command. Balancing the time to fulfill his required flight hours and represent his legal clients requires commitment and flexibility from both organizations. Because the Arkansas National Guard is a family to Hobbs, he is committed to staying in the guard for as long as he can for his soldiers and his community.
