During the Korean War, Maj Gen Joseph Cleland, from the Army's 40th Infantry Divisions, found Korean students studying in tents and decided to build the children a school. Now the high school is celebrating its 63rd graduation and the 40th Infantry Division continues forging bonds with the school and the Korean people.
