College students train with Marines
I Marine Expeditionary Force
June 7, 2016 | 0:46
MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP PENDLETON, Calif. -- Marines teach midshipmen the proper techniques to execute the obstacle course and the basics of pugil sticks. The obstacle course and pugil stick fights are part of the Career Orientation and Training of Midshipmen program for future Navy and Marine Corps officers. Midshipmen learn confidence to overcome physical and mental challenges that they will face in their lives and careers in the military. (U.S. Marine Corps video by Lance Cpl. Frank Cordoba, Sgt. Owen Kimbrel/Released)
