U.S. Army Paratroopers assigned to 1st Brigade Combat Team (BCT), 82nd Airborne Division, conduct a field training and validation exercise, known as Devil Strike, on Fort Liberty, North Carolina, Jan. 22, 2024. This operation serves as an opportunity for 1st BCT Paratroopers to validate their preparedness for potential upcoming missions, providing vital training for their safety and effectiveness to remain ready to deploy, fight and win anywhere in the world within 18 hours.
