Tom Swanson, the Bold Quest Systems, Engineering and Integration Working Group Lead, dicusses the Bold Quest exercise at Camp Atterbury Joint Maneuver Training Center. Bold Quest 12-1 is a multi-faceted capability assessment designed by the Joint Staff. Bold Quest 12-1 participants will specifically assess Digitally Aided Close Air Support technologies, along with tactics, techniques, and procedures, which will help reduce friendly fire incidents, enhance combat effectiveness, and increase situational awareness.
