Navy Reserve - Navy Public Affairs Support Element West
Nov. 7, 2021 | 0:30
CORONADO, Calif. (Nov. 7, 2021) U.S. Navy Sailors with Navy Reserve U.S. Pacific Fleet (NR USPACFLT), perform warm-up exercises followed by the physical readiness test (PRT) at Naval Air Station North Island, Coronado, Calif., on Nov. 6, 2021. This is the first cycle of testing since the Navy’s newly updated PRT replaced the curl-ups with the plank. The PRT is conducted twice a year for active duty and reserve Sailors to assess their physical fitness levels. (U.S. Navy Photo by Mass Communication Specialist 1st Class Natalia Murillo)
