This multimedia documentary captures the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) Force Reconnaissance Platoon’s deployment to the U.S. 5th and 6th Fleet areas of responsibility aboard the Kearsarge Amphibious Ready Group from March through November 2013. The 26th MEU is a Marine Air-Ground Task Force in which forward-deploys serving as a sea-based, expeditionary crisis response force capable of conducting amphibious operations across the full range of military operations.
