143d Force Support Squadron Diversity Training
143d Airlift Wing
June 26, 2016 | 1:02
A group of airman from the 143d Force Support Squadron conducted their first diversity training at Quonset Air National Guard Base, North Kingstown Rhode Island. The training was taught by Chief Master Sergeant Joe Hart, Human Resource advisor for the 143d Airlift Wing. The group participated in several hands on exercises to demonstrate what makes us each unique and how that benefits us as an organization. Air Force diversity is grounded on mutual respect among all personnel. Chief Hart’s
training emphasized the importance of fostering a inclusive environment. This provides an opportunity for individuals to be part of “the team” motivating them to employ their talents and contributions to the organization and the mission.
