Service members and civilians from both the Republic of Korea and United States came together for the annual Task Force Memorial ceremony. The 8th Army band 1st Sgt., Andrew Foxworthy was a noted participant and speaker, as a descendant of a Korean war veteran and an active duty Soldier serving in Korea.
