U.S. Marines with 3rd Landing Support Battalion, Combat Logistics Regiment 3, 3rd Marine Logistics Group, and Combat Logistics Battalion 4, CLR-3, attend a class on the capabilities of the Autonomous Low-Profile Vessel at Naval Base White Beach, Okinawa, Japan, May 15, 2025. The training aimed to equip Marines with a thorough understanding of the capabilities and operational procedures of the ALPV in preparation for future missions. The Marines are preparing to serve as both operators and maintainers of the ALPV, enabling their units to effectively employ the vessel in support of future logistical and amphibious operations.
