As the 27th Special Operations Security Forces Squadron response force leader, A1C Javonte Whitfield is responsible for the safety and security of assets and #AirCommandos at Cannon Air Force Base.

Whitfield enthusiastically performs his military responsibilities, embracing the ideals of his family and the legacy of the 27th Bombardment Group. Whitfield ensures all members of the #SteadfastLine can live in safety and #HoldTheLine together.

The 27th SOSFS provides protection, weapons system security, combat arms maintenance and training, confinement, and criminal investigation capabilities to those within the Cannon military community.
