Debris shipped by barge up the Hudson River is unloaded in Port Coeymans for it's final transfer by truck to landfills in upper New York state. Collection of debris from Hurricane Sandy has been orchestrated by the US Army Corp of Engineers and funded by FEMA. Also available in high definition.
