405th Army Field Support Brigade - Europe & Africa
May 10, 2023 | 5:45
Effective May 15, personal property items containing rechargeable lithium-ion batteries greater than 100 watt-hours — like an e-bike battery, for example — will not be allowed in your household goods and unaccompanied baggage shipments. And no rechargeable lithium-ion batteries of any size or wattage will be allowed in your non-temporary storage. Jason Todd, the director of BASOPS Transportation spoke to AFN Europe on the radio about the new policy. Listen here (press play), and read more ➡️: www.army.mil/article/265831
