The devastation to the Philippines caused by Super Typhoon Haiyan will take years to repair according to the countries National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council. The United States Pacific Command liaison for Armed Forces of the Philippines, Colonel Restituto Padilla Jr, talked about the challenges his people will have to overcome and what they may need to recover completely.
