Interviews of California organizations working together to package ventilators and medical supplies at the California Emergency Medical Services Authority (EMSA) facility in Sacramento. A cooperative effort between EMSA, California National Guard, California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) and private business and state offices are shown boxing ventilators that will be palletized and trucked to Mather Air Force Base, where the California Air National Guard will transport to New York.
