U.S. Marines with Marine Fighter Attack Squadron (VMFA) 314, Marine Aircraft Group 11, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, prepare to launch Royal Australian Air Force F-35A Lightning IIs with No. 3 Squadron, No. 81 Wing, Air Combat Group, during PACIFIC EDGE 23 at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, Nov. 28, 2022. Pacific Edge is a bilateral U.S. - Australian exercise held to enhance combat proficiencies through the integration of allied units and further the interoperability between the two countries' aircraft.
