U.S Army Spc. Jeremiah Rivera, an infantry Soldier with 82nd Airborne Division who currently works as a gate guard, talks about his experience during pepper (OC) spray training at Fort Liberty, N.C., Oct. 3, 2023. Rivera is part of the first group of borrowed military manpower Soldiers authorized to carry OC spray on Fort Liberty.
