June 22, 2015 | 1:37
Coast Guard Station Eaton's Neck's dog mascot, Nate, has been at the unit for about 9 years. He was named after Coast Guard Petty Officer 3rd Class Nathan Bruckenthal, a member of the Tactical Law Enforcement team (TACLET South) who was killed in Iraq while serving on his second tour of duty there.
