The Charleston Peninsula Study public comment period is Sept. 10-Oct. 25, 2021.
Today, USACE published a draft report on the Charleston Peninsula Coastal Flood Risk Management Study and encourages the public to provide feedback during a 45-day comment period through Oct. 25.
The full draft report and interactive features describing the plan are available on the study webpage at www.sac.usace.army.mil/charlestonpeninsulastudy.

Since 2018, the Charleston Peninsula Study has investigated coastal storm risks on the Charleston Peninsula and continues to refine an effective and feasible plan that reduces risks to human life, preserves Charleston's economy and strengthens the community's resiliency against coastal storms.
