Reserve Rookie Recruiters Reflect, With Titles
Air Force Reserve Command
Nov. 8, 2013 | 1:51
With more than 400 Air Force Reserve Command recruiters in one location at the deployment readiness training or D-R-T, a wealth of knowledge was on hand at Savannah’s Combat Readiness Training Center. While many of the recruiters have more than a decade of experience, a handful of rookies listened to stories, learned new techniques and soaked in the experience. Some reflected on lessons learned since finishing school and embarking on their new career. Produced by Master Sgt. Chance Babin. Includes soundbites from AFRC recruiters: Tech. Sgt. Gerale Baker, from Dover, Del., Staff Sgt. Heather Baptiste, from Charlotte, N.C., Master Sgt. Michaela Brown, from Travis Air Force Base, Calif., and Staff Sgt. Matthew Quackenbush, from Tinker Air Force Base, Okla. This version includes graphics.
