UNDISCLOSED LOCATION, SOUTHWEST ASIA - U.S. Navy Sailors with the shock trauma platoon of Combat Logistics Detachment 37 attached to Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force, Crisis Response-Central Command integrated with the Expeditionary Resuscitative Surgical System (ERSS) team 20 of Naval Amphibious Task Force/5th Marine Expeditionary Brigade for a two day training event treating simulated combat casualties August 21-22, 2018.
