Oklahoma Army National Guard Soldiers from the 1st Battalion, 160th Field Artillery, 45th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, fill sandbags and deliver them to multiple locations along the Arkansas River, which has reached a near record-breaking flood stage according to the National Weather Service. More than 300 Oklahoma National Guard members are assisting law enforcement, first responders and other agencies during the May 2019 floods throughout northern Oklahoma.
