It's time for the next video in the series, The Making of a Drill Sergeant, where we follow a U.S. Army Reserve non-commissioned officer through the process of going to The U.S. Army Drill Sergeant Academy at Fort Jackson, South Carolina.

In Episode 3, Part 3, we see the graduation of our drill sergeant candidate, Sgt. Alycia Perkins from Columbia, South Carolina. That's right. She's officially a drill sergeant now! Send her some congratulations.
