Soldiers of the 3rd Infantry Division and others from across Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia, participate in the Pregnancy and Postpartum Training Program. The P3T program helps female Soldiers rebuild their physical readiness and reduce medical risks. Staff Sgt. Parror D. Jones explains as the installation instructor and Sgt. Adera Nash is a participant of the P3T program.
