Soldiers assigned to the 416th Theater Engineer Command, participate in a suicide prevention resource event during extended combat training at the Parkhurst U.S. Army Reserve Center, Darrien, Illinois, Sept. 12, 2022. Maj. Gen. Brian E. Miller, commanding general, 416th TEC, said asking for help is a sign of strength and it’s not a weakness, I’d much rather they come forward than the alternative, and we can help them get the help they need.
