U.S. Army Civil Affairs Soldiers Join Lithuanian Armed Forces in Confidence 2024 Exercise
70th Mobile Public Affairs Detachment
Dec. 12, 2024 | 3:49
U.S. Army Capt. Ryan Farrell, Civil Affairs Officer, Charlie Company 443rd Civil Affairs Battalion supporting Task Force Pegasus, talks about using a Civil Military Operations Center (CMOC), as a part of the Civil-Military Cooperation and Information Operations Exercise within Lithuanian Armed Forces international exercise for information operations specialists, "Confidence 2024" at Palanga, Lithuania on Dec. 12, 2024. The CMOC is the nexus where all of the involved teams send their information to civil affairs teams while they are engaged in the communities. U.S. Troops with Task Force Pegasus participating in the exercise recognize the importance of connecting with local communities throughout Europe. Through community engagements, they continue to strengthen the bonds between local communities, assuring NATO allies of the partnership and cooperation. (U.S. Army video by Staff Sgt. Rose Di Trolio)
